J.M. Cope teamed with LS3P on this Design-Build project for Rock Hill School District 3. The 30,000 SF, 3-story building houses the District’s administrative staff and serves as the hub for the school system. The building is in downtown Rock Hill in the heart of the city’s Historic District.
