WORK ETHIC

Our work ethic reflects our overall philosophy of service. We believe that if we operate with a serving attitude, keeping our customers’ best interest in mind, then we will be successful. We like to work “open book” – that is, to be transparent, especially in the Budgeting and Pricing phases. Then, when the project is underway, we’ll be there. Even if there is a problem with some aspect of the project, we want to be part of the solution and never exploit that problem for our gain. One of the things said most often in our internal meetings and the basis for most of our decisions is, “What’s in the best interests of our customer?”

We believe this ethic is why we have enjoyed so much repeat work from building owners over the years.
